§ 154.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OPERATOR. The owner or lessee in possession and control of a parking lot.
   PARKING LOTS. Any land area used or intended to be used for the storage or parking of motor vehicles by the general public on payment of money fees or other compensation.
