§ 152.11 RIGHT OF APPEAL.
   All persons shall have the right to appeal the Building Commissioner's decision first through the Board of Zoning Appeals of the town, and then to the Administrative Building Council of Indiana, in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 22-13-2 as applicable.
