Up to the maximum amount allowed by Indiana law at the time of the violation, any person who violates any provision of this chapter or fails to timely comply with the requirements of a Commissioner’s Order directed to that person or that person’s property may be fined up to $2,500 per violation. Each day a violation continues shall be considered a separate violation. The Commissioner may issue a citation for any violation of this chapter or any Commissioner Order issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
