§ 110.10 LIQUOR RETAILERS.

Liquor retailers’ permits may be issued in respect to premises located within the corporate limits of the Town of Beverly Shores, Indiana, to applicants duly qualified to receive permits under the statutes and laws of the State of Indiana.
