The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any business, occupation or profession which is exempt from municipal licensing or license taxes pursuant to state or federal law. Further, the provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any business, occupation, or profession which is operated by a resident in their primary residence. If a business required to obtain a license has more than one location in Town the business only needs to apply for one license.
