§ 91.23 RIGHT OF ENTRY AND INSPECTION.
   The Plan Commission President, the jurisdictional Fire Chief, the Building Commissioner of Beverly Shores or any authorized officer, agent, employee or representative of Beverly Shores who presents credentials may inspect any property for the purpose of ascertaining compliance with the provisions of this subchapter.
