During the hours of operation of any farmers' market, no vehicle over six feet (6') in height, nor any trailer or semitrailer with a load, shall be parked within two hundred fifty feet (250') of an intersection that is within five hundred feet (500') of the farmers' market. In addition, no vehicle engaged in vending from a public street shall be parked within five hundred feet (500') of the farmers' market. (Ord. 94-O-2210, eff. 8-19-1994)
