8-6-1: FARMERS' MARKET DEFINED:

For the purposes of this chapter, a "farmers' market" shall mean a location for the sale of agricultural products directly to consumers, approved by the Los Angeles County agricultural commissioner, and operated by the city of Beverly Hills in compliance with the requirements of title 3 of the California Code of Regulations.
