A. Any vehicle which is parked or left standing in violation of this code upon a street for seventy two (72) or more consecutive hours from the issuance of a written warning or citation for the violation of this code shall be subject to removal.
B. Any vehicle which is stopped, parked or left standing in an "antigridlock zone" as defined in section 7-3-121 of this chapter during peak hours in violation of this code shall be subject to removal. (Ord. 06-O-2509, eff. 12-22-2006)
