7-2-401: SOLICITATION AND DISTRIBUTION IN THE PUBLIC ROADWAY:
No person may, while in the roadway of any street, offer for sale, solicit the sale of, sell, distribute, or announce by any means the availability of, any goods, merchandise, printed material, or other item. (Ord. 89-O-2071, eff. 9-5-1989)
