5-6-701: DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS PROHIBITED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge a firearm within the city in any place other than a city approved firing range. Law enforcement personnel are exempt from the provisions of this section. (Ord. 89-O-2061, eff. 5-9-1989; amd. Ord. 98-O-2314, eff. 12-11-1998)
