It shall be unlawful for any person, either as owner, lessee, licensee, manager, employee, or agent to conduct, manage, carry on, maintain, operate, play, or use, or cause or allow to be conducted, managed, carried on, maintained, operated, played, or used, any amusement device; provided further, the prohibition of this section shall not apply to an amusement device in a private residence.
