4-8-3: SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT AUTHORIZED:
A special event permit may be issued pursuant to this chapter to permit temporary activity in a commercial zone that would not otherwise be permitted by this code. (Ord. 07-O-2541, eff. 1-5-2008)
