An entertainer permitted under this article shall submit an application for renewal prior to the expiration of the permit issued for such entertainer. The renewal application shall consist of all of the elements prescribed by subsection 4-7-302B of this article for an initial application other than proof of age. (Ord. 98-O-2302, eff. 7-2-1998; amd.
