4-2-2214: APPEAL TO COUNCIL:
Any final decision of the Director to issue, deny, rescind or suspend a permit pursuant to this article may be appealed to the City Council in accordance with title 1, chapter 4, article 1 of this Code. (Ord. 19-O-2771, eff. 2-8-2019)
