4-2-2211: EMERGENCY TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF PERMIT:
Where the conduct or the activity of the permittee creates an imminent peril to the public health or safety, a permit issued pursuant to this article may be summarily suspended upon notice to the permittee, provided that the permittee shall be entitled to a hearing within three (3) days thereafter and any emergency suspension shall not exceed fifteen (15) days pending a hearing under section 4-2-2210 of this article.
