4-2-2210: NOTICE OF HEARING AND GROUNDS FOR RESCISSION:

Prior to the rescission of a permit issued under this article, the permittee shall be notified in writing of the grounds for the rescission of the permit and a hearing shall be held thereon. Notice of the hearing shall be given in accordance with section 1-5-101 of this Code to the permittee at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing. (Ord. 19-O-2771, eff. 2-8-2019)
