A. In lieu of the reasons set forth in section 4-1-107 of this title, a permit authorizing a person to engage in, carry on or conduct the business of "fortune telling", as that term is defined in this article, shall be revoked or suspended by the city for any of the following reasons:
1. The permittee satisfies any one of the criteria set forth in subsection 4-2-2005A1, A2, A3, or A5 of this article.
2. The permittee has failed to comply with any condition imposed by the City on the issuance of the permit. (Ord. 95-O-2246, eff. 10-7-1995)
