4-2-1905: VIOLATIONS OF RESTRICTIONS AND PROHIBITIONS:

Any violation of the provisions of this Code, or any violation of an outdoor vending permit issued pursuant to this article, shall be grounds for suspension or revocation of the outdoor vending permit as provided in chapter 1, article 1 of this title. (Ord. 94-O-2220, eff. 12-23-1994)
