4-2-1904: PROPERTY OWNER AS COAPPLICANT:
Both the vendor and the owner of the private property on which a vendor intends to conduct business shall be designated as applicants on an application for an outdoor vending permit. Each applicant shall be individually and separately responsible for compliance with the requirements of this article and the outdoor vending permit. (Ord. 94-O-2220, eff. 12-23-1994)
