Unless otherwise specifically authorized pursuant to this Code, no outdoor vending shall be permitted in the public right-of-way. Outdoor vending may be permitted on private property that is located within the business triangle pursuant to a permit issued in compliance with this article. In addition, the City Council may authorize outdoor vending on property owned by the City, other than the public right-of-way. (Ord. 94-O-2220, eff. 12-23-1994)
