Unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions shall govern the construction of this article:
BUSINESS TRIANGLE: That real property within the City of Beverly Hills that is circumscribed by the centerline of Wilshire Boulevard, the centerline of Santa Monica Boulevard north roadway, and the centerline of Crescent Drive.
CART: A nonmotorized vehicle.
OUTDOOR VENDING: The selling of goods from a cart.
VENDOR: A person who conducts or carries on an outdoor vending business on private property within the business triangle, pursuant to this article. (Ord. 94-O-2220, eff. 12-23-1994)
