4-2-1703: CRITERIA FOR ISSUANCE OR DENIAL OF PERMIT:
The criteria of section 4-1-103 of this title shall be applicable, except for subsection A thereof, to the issuance or denial of the permit. (1962 Code § 5-1.401 et seq.)
