4-2-1204: DISTINCTIVE UNIFORM AND BADGES REQUIRED:
Any person while employed or engaged in patrol/night watch service shall wear a distinctive uniform, and a distinctive badge, which is different in color from, and does not resemble the uniform or badge of the Beverly Hills police department. (1962 Code § 6-10.01 et seq.)
