The 2021 Edition of the International Property Maintenance Code published by the International Code Conference, is hereby adopted by reference, subject to the amendments set forth in section 9-1-1602 of this chapter, and the same shall be known and may be cited as the Property Maintenance Code of the City of Beverly Hills.
