3-2-3: INSPECTION:

By applying for and receiving a license under this chapter, the operator of an amusement park, carnival or circus agrees to follow all fire, building, zoning, sanitation and health codes applicable within the city and to permit inspection of the amusement by the police or building inspectors to verify compliance. (2008 Code § 3-4)
