5-8-11: FEEDING WILD DEER, RACCOONS AND COYOTE:
   A.   Prohibition; Exception:
      1.   It is unlawful to feed, provide feed or other attractants, to wild deer, raccoons and coyote within the city limits.
      2.   This section shall not apply to naturally growing grain, fruit or vegetable material, gardens, and ornamental plants. (Ord. 26-13, 9-17-2013)
   B.   Penalty: Penalty for violation of this section shall be as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 26-13, 9-17-2013; amd. 2015 Code)
