§ 32.091 MEETINGS.

(A) The Board shall meet within the city, but may determine the place and time of its meeting. The City Manager, the Chairperson or any two members of the Board may call special meetings. Any three members of the Board present shall constitute a quorum to do business and all business transacted by the Board shall receive an affirmative vote of at least three members thereof.

(B) The Board shall elect from their number the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and the Secretary.
