§ 32.063 STATEMENT OF NEEDS FOR FISCAL YEAR.
   The Street Superintendent shall prepare an itemized statement each year showing by item the needs of his or her Department for the ensuing fiscal year, which statement shall be furnished to the City Manager by the date set by the City Manager for his or her use in the preparation of the city budget.
