§ 32.061 CUSTODY OF ROAD EQUIPMENT.
   The Street Superintendent shall have custody of the road equipment and shall be accountable to the City Manager for its care and safekeeping. He or she shall inventory the equipment, giving its estimated value and revise the same from time to time, which shall be furnished to the City Manager, a copy thereof to be filed with the City Clerk for use of the Council.
