§ 155.02 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person, firm or corporation shall occupy or use any building or structure, or portion thereof, without first obtaining a certificate of occupancy indicating compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   No certificate of occupancy shall be granted until all public and private improvements shown on the approved site plan have been completed in accordance therewith.
