§ 32.031 DUTIES.
   (A)   The Library Advisory Board shall meet as soon as practical after their appointment and shall, at the first meeting, determine the dates and times of future meetings.
   (B)   They shall make a study of the needs in the city and shall make reports and recommendations to the City Council from time to time as to the needs and the proper way to meet those needs.
