§ 154.60 CONTINUITY AND ASSURANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS.
   (A)   The development plan for required improvements shall be approved by the city only after it is found that a proposed development, when considered in conjunction with the entire subdivision and the areas surrounding or adjacent to it, will contain public utilities and improvements which will be logical and orderly extensions of existing public improvements, as well as future improvements to be installed within and without the boundaries of the subdivision.
   (B)   The accomplishment of improvements required herein shall be assured by either one of two methods, as follows:
      (1)   Completion of all required improvements prior to the recording of the approval of final plat; or
      (2)   Filing with the City Clerk a performance bond approved by the City Engineer and City Attorney to secure the actual construction of required improvements.
   (C)   Either one or a combination of the methods listed in division (B) above shall be used to assure the construction of all improvements.
