§ 154.57 FENCING AND PERMANENT EVERGREEN PLANT SCREENING.
   All fencing and evergreen planting required under the requirements of this article shall be installed in accordance with those requirements and shall be completed following the installation of the required streets, sidewalks, drainage and utility construction in the adjacent right-of-way.
