§ 154.32 RECORDING OF PLAT.
   (A)   After receiving approval of the final plat and having affixed all necessary signatures on the original tracing, the subdivider shall provide the City Engineer with three dark lines prints thereof and one contract reproducible tracing and the original tracing.
   (B)   It shall be the responsibility of the City Clerk, or his or her designee, to file the plat with the County Recorder of Deed's office within seven days of receipt of the signed plat. Simultaneously with the filing of the plat, the City Clerk or his or her designee, shall record the agreement of dedication together with the legal documents as shall be required to be recorded by the City Attorney.
   (C)   All final plats shall be filed within two years of date of approval by the Planning Commission and no lots shall be sold from any plat until recorded. Failure to record the final plat within two years of the date of the Planning Commission or City Council approval, whichever is the later, shall void the approval of the final plat.
   (D)   There shall be filed with the final plat, plans and specifications for the construction of all required water mains and laterals, sanitary sewer mains and laterals and storm sewers or drainage structures, as required by the City Council.
