§ 154.29 FINAL PLAT APPLICATION.
   A final plat, neatly drawn in ink on tracing cloth or suitable reproducible material and five dark line prints thereof shall be submitted to the office of the City Clerk not less than 14 days before the Planning Commission meeting at which time it is to be considered for final approval. At the same time, there shall be submitted five sets of the proposed plans and specifications for all improvements and proposed restrictions in final form. The final plat may be approved subject to later submission of final improvement plans and specifications. The survey of the final plat shall be prepared by a registered land surveyor licensed to practice in the state and the design shall be prepared by a professional engineer registered to practice in the state. All items submitted in paper form shall also be submitted in digital form.
