§ 32.003 ORGANIZATION OF BOARD.
   (A)   As soon as practical after the appointment of the Hospital Board, the members thereof shall meet and organize.
   (B)   They shall adopt by-laws to govern their procedure which shall define the policies and procedures to be followed in the organization and operation of the hospital in order to achieve the purposes of the hospital. One member shall be elected as Secretary.
   (C)   The by-laws shall be approved by the Trustees of the Bethany Hospital Trust.
