§ 32.002 APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS; QUALIFICATIONS AND TENURE.
   (A)   The Hospital Board shall consist of seven members, residents of the city who shall be appointed by the Chairperson of the Trustees of the Bethany Hospital Trust, with the consent of the Board of Trustees and removable by the Trustees.
   (B)   The Chief of the Medical Staff of the hospital and the Hospital Administrator and the manager of the Bethany Hospital Trust shall be ex-officio non-voting members of the Board.
   (C)   The appointed members shall serve for a period of three years and until their successors are appointed and qualified.
