§ 153.04 CONFLICTS.
   (A)   The provisions of this chapter, in their interpretation and application, shall be held to be minimum requirements adopted to ensure the public health, safety, morals, or general welfare. Whenever the requirements of this chapter conflict with the requirements of any lawfully adopted rules, regulations, ordinances, deed restrictions or covenants, the most restrictive or that imposing the higher standard shall govern.
