§ 152.10 HEALTH AND SAFETY.
   (A)   Wrecked, damaged or dilapidated mobile homes and recreational vehicles shall not be kept or stored in a park. The City/County Health Officer shall determine if a mobile home, recreational vehicles, or travel trailer is unfit for human occupancy on either a temporary or permanent basis. Whenever a determination is made, the mobile home or recreational vehicle shall be removed from the premises forthwith in less than ten days.
   (B)   All mobile/manufactured homes in mobile/manufactured home parks shall be tied down in accordance with the requirements of the BOCA Building Code.
