(A) Any person desiring to construct, erect, alter or repair a park or any addition thereto shall, before commencing work thereon, secure a building permit from the City Building Inspector to do so. No permit shall be required for the addition of steps, window or door awnings, skirting or porches. The addition of an antenna is subject to inspection by building inspector.
(B) All construction, plumbing, and electrical alterations or repairs shall be made in accordance with the regulations of both city and state statutes.
(C) Building permits may be issued only in accordance with an approved site plan, as required in Chapter 155 of this code of ordinances.
