§ 151.29 CONNECTION TO PUBLIC SUPPLY PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to connect any private water well to the city’s public water system so that the water may commingle. Cross connections shall not be permitted between a private water supply and the city water supply. No physical connection will be permitted between a line carrying the city's water supply and a line carrying water from a private source.
   (B)   No water connection shall be made from the city water supply to any water using mechanical device or system unless it is designed to insure against backflow or siphonage of contaminated water into the city's water supply.
