§ 151.25 LICENSING AND TAX REQUIRED; APPLICATION.
   (A)   No person, firm, or corporation shall drill, dig, put down, install or construct any water well or water wells for any other person or persons without obtaining a license and paying the tax, as prescribed.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation desiring to become a water well driller in the city shall apply to the City Clerk for a license to operate as a water well driller and shall register his or her name and place of business.
   (C)   (1)   Nothing contained in this subchapter shall prohibit an individual from drilling one well on premises owned by him or her, after obtaining a well drilling permit, without being licensed as a water well driller.
      (2)   However, all persons shall comply with all other provisions of this subchapter.
