§ 151.05 EARTHEN EMERGENCY PITS.
   (A)   (1)   Earthen pits lined with impermeable material may be constructed only as temporary emergency pits.
      (2)   All earthen pits shall be emptied as soon as the emergency ceases.
      (3)   Mud or circulating tanks shall be steel.
   (B)   The emergency pits shall be leveled, and the surface of the ground restored as nearly as possible to its original condition within 30 days after production causing a run, leak, or discharge.
   (C)   No earthen reserve pit will be allowed in conjunction with the completion of the well.
