§ 151.03 PRODUCTION PROHIBITIONS.
   (A)   No person shall drill, mine, produce, cause to be drilled, mined, produced, any gas, oil, or other minerals in zoning districts, other than I-R, I-L or A, and only property located in those districts shall be eligible for granting of special exception.
   (B)   An internal combustion engine of any kind operated in conjunction with the production of an oil or gas well within the city shall be equipped with a "hospital quiet" muffler.
   (C)   No oil or gas well shall be drilled, operated, or maintained, nor shall any operation in connection therewith be carried, conducted within 300 feet of any church, school, business, dwelling unless the Board of Adjustment grants a special exception allowing the well at a closer distance from the uses with special conditions. The distance shall be measured from the wellhead to the property line of the tract which is being used for dwelling, church, school, or business.
   (D)   No disposal well shall be drilled or operated in the city.
