§ 151.02 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person shall engage in or authorize any work or erect any structure, tanks, machinery, pipelines, or other appurtenances incident to the drilling of a disposal well or drilling for or production of petroleum, natural gas, or their products; nor operate, maintain or permit any equipment, structures, or appurtenances incident to such production to exist or be maintained; nor allow any flow therefrom, without having previously obtained a special exception from the Board of Adjustment and a permit as prescribed.
   (B)   In addition to the information required in this subchapter, all applicants desiring a permit to drill, maintain or operate an oil, gas or disposal well shall submit:
      (1)   A description of the location of the well, specifying and identifying the well location within a ten-acre tract within a specific quarter, section, township and range; i.e., a legal description for the ten-acre plus an approximate street address;
      (2)   A list of all equipment that will be utilized in the drilling, operation or maintenance of the specific well or wells; and
      (3)   The mud program to be utilized on that specific well or wells.
