§ 150.131 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   POWER GENERATOR TOWER or TOWER. Any structure attached to the ground, designed or used to support a device driven by wind energy which is used for the generation of electric energy or power.
   WIND GENERATOR or GENERATOR. Any device which is designed or used to transform wind energy to electrical energy or power, and which is located above grade level on any property within the city.
