If, in the judgment of the City Manager or his or her designee, the moving of any building may create a traffic hazard, the City Manager may require the person moving the building to provide a police escort for the purpose of regulating traffic along the route the building is being removed. Any police escort shall be at the expense of the building mover and paid to the City of Bethany, Oklahoma, Director of Finance before movement is approved.
