§ 150.075 PUBLIC SYSTEMS AVAILABLE.
   Section 608.1 and 701.2 of the Plumbing Code is amended to include:
   “The availability of a public water or public sewer system shall be governed by the policies set forth in Sections 52.01 and 53.001 of the City of Bethany Code of Ordinances.”
