Section 90.4 of the Electric Code is amended to include:
“The City Building Inspector shall enforce this chapter in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1 of the Building Code, as amended, adopted herein and a Board of Appeals as provided for in this code shall consist of the duly appointed members of the Bethany Board of Adjustment.”
